Safety is number 1

The ride route will stay the same for the month. This will allow for keeping track of riders and also allow for late comers to know where we are enabling them to chase on or find us mid ride. Here is the route for the remainder of March:

Shelley/W. River Rd. Loop

A Group can lead themselves. This ride is a race style ride that may include attacks and break-aways. This is a drop ride. This group may or may not choose to stay together.

B Group will have a Leader/Captain. This is described as an 18-20mph pace line ride. No break-aways or attacking. The leader of this ride will keep the group together using pace and possibly choosing hilltops and stop signs to regroup. This is a no drop ride.

C Group will have a Leader/Captain. This is a 14-18mph pace line ride. This ride is for recovery and those that are new to a pace line and need instruction and experience to be comfortable in a pace line setting. The leader of this group will stay with the last person. This is a no drop ride.

The Leader/Captain of the rides will explain the ride, how a pace line works and ride etiquette. He/she will also address any concerns or questions from riders in their group.
